We are delighted to invite you to the IITAV-Engineers Australia Gala Dinner event on Saturday, 10 August at the Whitehorse Club. We are privileged to have as our Chief Guest, Dr Marlene Kanga, the first Asian President of Engineers Australia.  Marlene is a Chemical Engineering graduate of IIT-Bombay and a recipient of the Distinguished Alumni award of that Institute.  Dr Kanga will present her address on “Engineers in Australia – our Role in the Asian Century”, a topic of great interest and relevance to us in Australia. We are delighted that Professor Amitabh Mattoo, Director of the prestigious Australia India Institute, Rohini Kappadath, Director – Cross Border Business, Pitcher Partners, and Jai Kaudinya, Managing Director of Eco Pacific,  have agreed to participate in a short discussion/Q&A session following Dr Kanga’s address.
