Interactive Workshop on

“Discover the Path to Business Growth”

  path

Tuesday, 30th September 2014.  5:30 pm – 7:30 pm

Room 205, ATC Building, Swinburne University of Technology, Hawthorn

The journey to discover the path to grow a business in today’s competitive and rapidly changing environment is not easy. You need all the help to work out your growth options and identify which path to take to achieve your growth targets. The Growth Cube™ is a tool which Roaring Success created in 2010, as a means to help business to better understand how to grow a business.   It has been used by many businesses in recent years to achieve their growth objectives. For example a manufacturing company completed a Strategic Planning process and achieved their 5 year goals in three years; and a services company gained clarity of their purpose and vision, and built an implementable plan to expand overseas and triple business over 5-10 years.

Steve Wood from Roaring Success will work with two of our IITaV members, Abaran Deep and Sanjiv Bhasin, and will workshop the strategies to grow their respective businesses, with due assistance from all our audience.

During the interactive workshop, the Attendees will:

  • learn the best place to start their business growth journey;
  • understand which options are the riskiest;
  • learn how to build a plan that can be implemented quickly; to give the easiest and quickest returns;
  • learn what they need to do to manage it all going forward so that it does not fall over in a disappointing heap and deliver business growth.
