- IITAV annual membership year is January to December.
- 2018 Financial Members have an option to renew their membership up to a period of five years at the following rates before 31st March 2018
- $60 for 1 years membership
- $110 for 2 years membership
- $150 for 3 years membership
- $180 for 4 years membership
- $200 for 5 years membership
- Note: If membership is renewed after 31 March 2018, a re-joining fee of $20 will apply in addition to the above rates

- Example 1: Vinod Kumar (2018 member) renewing membership for a period of one year on or before 31 March 2018. Payment Due: $60, Reference to be used: Vinod K 1YR
- Example 2: Vinod Kumar (2018 member) renewing membership for a period of one year on 1 April 2018 or later. Payment Due: $80 ($60+re-joining fee $20), Reference to be used: Vinod K 1YR JF
- Example 3: Vinod Kumar (2018 member) renewing membership for a period of five years on or before 31 Mar 2018. Payment Due: $200, Reference to be used: Vinod K 5YR
- Example 4: Vinod Kumar (2018 member) renewing membership for a period of four years on 1 April 2018 or later. Payment Due: $200 ($180+re-joining fee $20), Reference to be used: Vinod K 4YR JF
