IITaV organized an interactive workshop “Discover the Path to Business Growth” on 30th September 2014 at Swinburne University of Technology, Hawthorn.
Steve Woods, Director of Roaring Success, and our IITaV members Abaran Deep, Partner – Business Strategy & Optimisation, PCI Group and Sanjiv Bhasin, Director, Bestech Australia, participated in this session. Abaran and Sanjiv proposed a goal their business is striving to achieve in the near future.
Steve, with the help of his tool, The Growth Cube™, involved the audience on a brain storming session to gather ideas for each of the problem proposed our IITaV members. A discussion on these ideas followed to identify a best strategy for Abaran and Sanjiv that could help to achieve their business goals.
The feedback from the audience were very positive and the event provided a good networking opportunity among the members.
